walking away.work load has been vavaboom. dying each day stamping thousand over copies, snoozing away. someone help me. i think i'm gonna end work in 1+ week time ((: had enough after 5 months of slogging out for them.
lotsa mishaps and tragedies happened lately. 2 weeks ago, a construction worker from my company was crushed by a 600+kg metal piece and he died in hospital. then my colleague's new born baby died of high fever and he had to rush back immediately to India the next morning. I could see the sad tears in his eyes. The joy of being a father just being crushed like that. Then while crossing the road one day, there was a dead bird lying there. Prolly ran over by a car, literally flattened to death. It's quite freaky.It's as if, you never know when God will take you back one day. Life is unpredictable. Makes me want to treasure my life more but at the same time...life is never smooth sailing. oh wth.
took leave on thursday. dental in the morning. Dr Chong used a thicker wire for my upper teeth. omg, pain. can't really eat super hard food for now. i want my grainy cereal and yummy meat! so it's semi soft food at the moment )): but still, my appetite has been huge, like a a ravenous pig. haha. my braces ain't discouraging me from indulging in all foodies ((: went over to kai yin's place for lunch after dental. chatted abit and looked at magazines & her clothes. went home for a nap then met nich in town for movieee. dinner at vilage'.movie:
priceless. awesome movieee! it's in french with eng subtitles. extreme posh-ness and epitome of sophistication. all the clothes audrey tautou wore, pretty & glamorous! she's so pretty! from chanel to gucci to prada. owns the devil wear's prada hands down. her dressing is sleek chick and simple. audrey tautou is hot stuff. Gad Elmalehit was so retardedly cute-dumb.it's super romantic, unintentional comedy. so, all of ur should go watch it. don't trust all the blockbusters yeah. but pirates of the caribbean, shrek 3, fantastic 4 and harry potter are the next blockbusters i wanna watch. and my purse can happily go ka boom. aww, can't wait for summer. i'll be free of work.
GSS, all-gals-only KL road trip (maybe), church camp and more parties & gatherings & BBQs to come ((: and i miss all my friends.
felt so weird when i saw you.anyway, i got my letter from NUS! finally. after that dreadful wait, when everyone around me has gotten his/her letter. chemical & biomolecular engineering ((: my 1st choice, same as NTU, but now i'm in a dilemma. NTU or NUS? argh. went for NTU chem engin tea party (i don't know why they make it sound so hip) ytd. 11am. the talks by industrial company speakers were boring. sit for 1+hr straight in the LT? -kill me. other than that, it was pretty insightful. my stomach was growling so loudly, haha, everyone was so embarrassed to start on the food. many people left early, no one was really interested in staying. kah leng and i just sat around and ate a lil, not forgetting the choc fondue ((: some seniors came over to talk to us. till now, i'm still confuse. i shall just go for the NUS chem engin welcome session 1st. went home and slacked. lazy saturday night.
maybe going to flea market at zouk later. hopefully i can get some great deals ((: i'm gone.
