i'm sick :/down wit sore throat,flu n fever :/ sadness,now i can't satisfy my sinful cravings.guess i overestimated my immunity system,considering e` amount of junk food i'm eating. psss,had oreo,potato chips n peanut butter on fridae nite.highly sinful n heaty food!
pass few daes haf been goin 2 ade's place afta sch.well,its not exactly productive at her place,since there's so mani distractions (TV & FOOD),but i'm sick of staying in sch.grrrr.we watched tv in e` afternoon n nite time.legendary of doctor he-jun is so nice.but ade hates it,e` setting is sth like da changjin.olden daes korea.haha.well,so its reali regretful dat i've not been studying hard 4 e` past few daes,considering wad lil amount of work i've been doin :/ i nd 2 b more productive n i nd some
mugger mojo. n A's is in
one month's time. one mth is no joke.how how how am i gonna survive 1 mth of mugging? nd 2 stop getting so distracted easily n focus focus focus.slack less mugg more. anwiae,prelim results so far is ok.juz upset wit my chem.
mugged wit ade n ryan at pine grove study room. haha,it wasn't eaxctly productive wit em,since we kept tokin 2 each othr n eating.ade got me strepsils ((: n both of em were so evil,noeing dat i was sick,dey stil tried 2 tempt me wit dark chocs,choc coated macadamia nuts,sweets,peanuts :/ how i wish i cld eat all those, but with MOTHER ADE ard,its impossible.she told me 2 kp a food log cauz i'm not disciplined enuff 2 control wad to n wad not 2 eat :/ but both of em got me honey 2 nurse my throat n high fibre biscuits ((:
did chem nov'04 paper2&3 in e` day n SAJC'05 math paper1 in e` nite. watched Xtreme makeover n learnt bot all e` different types of plastic surgery,how dey do it n got some tips on how 2 look gd:
1.Stop smoking if u wanna avoid plastic surgery in e` future. Smoking spoils ur skin.
2.You will not lose any weight no matter how much u exercise,unless u change ur food diet.
3.Skin care from young is very impt if u stil want beautiful skin as u get older.
4.Fast isn't the best. Slow jogs n walks are e` most effective ways to lose weight.
5.Aerobics n step-robics r effective if u wan slimmer legs.
6.It is nonsense to say "no pain no gain" when u do weights training. When u feel pain in ur muscles,it isn't exactly gd.U shld feel e` burn.
7.Pushing weights isn't exactly effective...haha,all these tips may sound ridiculous.mayb it is..hope its all true (from e` show)
